Pew Charitable Trusts’ Partnership for America’s Economic Success

Pew Charitable Trusts’ Partnership for America’s Economic Success is “a national coalition of executives, economists, policy experts, civic leaders and advocates mobilizing business leaders to improve tomorrow’s economy through smart policy investments in children today”.  The Partnership recognizes that today’s American students are less prepared than their parents, or their international peers, to be productive citizens, neighbors and taxpayers.  To overcome these challenges, they focus on fixing the problem at the beginning of a child’s life, so the returns to society and to the child are maximized over time.

Pew sees synergy with Learn to Compete Schools as it puts emphasis on business engagement for early childhood STEM education to help create pathways to work readiness later in life.
